TABLE OF CONTENTS

Dining room TV's show static or no signal.

All TV's should be on channel 3. The input select should be TV or Antenna depending on your TV's brand.

Ensure that all cables are plugged in and the white box has a green and red light and the black Atmosphere TV box has a blue light.  Jump to: "How is everything plugged in?" to ensure your cables are plugged in correctly.

Dining room TV's show distorted or very low quality picture.

If you have a poor signal or the picture quality is very bad this is usually an issue with cabling. Check all connections on the back of the TV's. Also go to the white box and check the white coax cable to ensure it is plugged in tightly on both ends. The white coax cable plugs into a large splitter, make sure all wires are tight. Also, unplug the power from the white box for 15 seconds and plug it back in.

Dining room TV's show colored bars instead of a picture.

If colored bars are showing on your TVs it could mean that the black atmosphere box or Apple TV box (depending on your device) is off. Try to unplug the power from Apple TV or Atmosphere TV, wait 15 seconds and plug it back in. Make sure the HDMI cable from the box is connected tightly into the white box.

If your Apple TV remote won't turn on the box or let you control the device, you need to charge it for 1 hour and then restart the Apple TV box to repair the remote.

Dining Room TV's are in Black and White.

When your TV picture is in black and white it usually means the white converter box mode was switched off of NTSC. Locate the remote shown in the photo. Point the remote at the white converter box and press the SYS button until NTSC appears on the upper right corner of the screen.
