Starting a meeting in the boardroom
- Log into the computer. Pizzasauce71
- Microsoft teams should be opened on the desktop. If not, click the Teams icon on the desktop.
- Open the calendar by selecting the calendar icon on the left of the Teams app. Locate your meeting you are expecting to join and click on the invite.
- Check to ensure the mic and camera are on and click "Join now".
Adding an existing meeting to Conference created by you or someone else
If you have an existing meeting setup by you or another organization, you can forward the calendar invite to conference@michiganpizzahut.com. You will receive an accepted email from Conference and after a short while the meeting will appear on the teams calendar for you to join.
Creating a calendar appointment to include the Conference room
- From your outlook calendar create a new event.
- Add a meeting subject, adjust the meeting date and time.
- Add your participants to the meeting invite, including conference@michiganpizzahut.com.
- If your meeting is not a Microsoft Teams meeting add notes/details about the meeting and paste the link into that section of the meeting.
- Send the meeting invite. After a moment you will get an automated reply from Conference stating the meeting was accepted.
